Neighborhood Open House – Eight Homes in Sunset Ridge, Holly Springs

We are currently organizing a neighborhood Open House for eight homes in Sunset Ridge, Holly Springs. Our listing is located at 224 Kingsport Road and we are excited about the other seven homes that are participating. Agents are working cooperatively to market and promote the sale of these great homes. Sunset Ridge is a fabulous, family-oriented golf/swim/tennis community close to excellent schools. Luxury living within the small-town feel of Holly Springs! Joint ventures in Open Houses produce a far greater turnout than individual Open Houses. With today’s tech savvy buyers, finding the Open Houses on the internet in half the fun. The other half is finding the Open Houses that offer great incentives like gas cards and restaurant gift certificates. Our joint venture is offering a drawing for both gas cards and restaurant certificates to local venues when the guests visit all eight homes participating.
