Recently confirmed by the Triangle Area Residential Report, the average Seller is making money when comparing the orginal purchase price to the sales price. Data gathered from Realtor.com, Wake County Revenue Dept, the Multiple Listing Service and other sources tell us that the average sale price and yearly appreciation have increased, allowing Sellers to make money on the sale of their home. Naturally, there are variables like location and length of ownership, but overall in Cary, Apex, Morrisville & some Holly Springs areas things are looking sunnier for Sellers!
