Local Real Estate Update – Wake County
Posted by lindatrevor on August 11, 2008
We all understand the concept that ”real estate is local” and thankfully the reality of our market is not like that of many suffering states. Raleigh’s residential activity continues to show signs of stabilization and healthy growth with a 4% increase in list price since second quarter 2007. Additionally, the current supply of housing for Wake County is between 6-8 months where the national supply is at 11 months. Just another indicator that our selling conditions are better than the national average.
