Raleigh’s Median Home Price Increases by 4%

In a recent city-by-city comparsion from MSN.com, Raleigh got favorable results based on its current real estate market and conditions. Some cities were showing a drastic decline between their median home price from 2006 to 2007, however Raleigh held strong with a 4% increase.
